Welcome to the Kings’ 30×30 Dubai Fitness Challenge House Competition!

This promises to be a fantastic event for you to try a range of new and different sports and activities that you may not have participated in before, whilst trying to earn points for your respective houses to find out which house is the most active at Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba!

As well as helping our physical fitness levels, exercising is a great way to boost your mood and happiness levels, so grab the rest of your family and enjoy completing all of the challenges together by having loads of active fun!
